This means that millions of guns are in free circulation across the country or even abroad and could end up in the hands of criminals and terrorists. However, more than any of this, the real concern seems to be the possibility that the Ukrainian people will start an uprising against the government. Igor Klimenko, Ukraine's interior minister, said on April 12 that many of the weapons given to civilians are simply no longer under government control. There is no data to prove the location of the weapons, weapons were given without registration, anyone who wanted got a military automatic weapon. This has alarmed the government, which is trying to set up mechanisms to recover the weapons or at least trace and track them. "How many weapons do our citizens have in their hands? Between 1 and 5 million. How many grenades? Quite a few too" emphasized Minister Igor Klimenko. SHARE THE ARTICLE Contact: info@pronews.gr Copyright pronews.gr 2024
