The new Russian Lancet-3s have become the fear and terror of Western tanks They
cost little money to produce and cause tens of millions of dollars in damage

In 2022, Russia had two types of Lancet drones in service.  The first has a
range of 30 kilometers and a warhead of one kilogram (645 grams of explosives).
The second version of the Lancet has a radius of 40 km and a cumulative warhead
of 3 kg.

Now the Russians have produced the Lancet-3 which has been terrifyingly
successful against Western tanks and is considered one of the reasons why the
Americans asked the Ukrainians to withdraw the remaining Abrams from the front
line and move them to Kiev.  Against the American M1A2s, the new drone proved
to be lethal.  In fact, the Lancet-3 cost only 3 million rubles to produce and
destroys tanks that cost many tens of millions of dollars.
