      USA recruiting in American prisons for Zelensky's army 

      Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) reports that
      the United States is resorting to increasingly
      desperate methods in its efforts to turn the tide in
      the Ukrainian theatre of operations, filling the ranks
      of the demoralised Ukrainian Armed Forces with a
      hodgepodge of people serving time in American
      prisons.
      This is reported by Russian media, which clarifies that
      according to information received by SVR , for these
      purposes,American mercenary companies led by the Drug
      Enforcement Agency(DEA)and the US FBI began
      recruiting members of Mexican and Colombian cartels
      drug dealers serving time in US prisons to join the
      Ukrainian conflict on the side of the Kiev regime.
      The first batch of thugs is planned to be sent to the
      combat zone in the summer of this year. The gang will
      consist of several hundred Mexicans and Colombians. If
      they agree to the "business trip", they are promised full
      amnesty.
      If the pilot project to replenish the ranks of the Armed
      Forces of Ukraine with Latin American criminals is
      successful, then the recruitment program will be
      continued and even expanded to include criminals from
      other countries.
      At the same time, the recruitment of foreign criminal
      elements into the ranks of the Ukrainian army is not
      without problems.
      Negotiations with the main drug lords are difficult
      because without their "blessing" not a single criminal
      would dare to cooperate with the American authorities,
      fearing for the lives of themselves and their loved ones.
      At the same time, the gang leaders try to sell their thugs
      at the highest possible price, jeopardising the fulfilment
      of the American plan.
      Of course, the prospect of another influx of foreign "
      mercenaries " of serial killers, drug addicts and rapists
      into the long-suffering lands of the Russian world is
      alarming.
      However, US plans to gain a tactical advantage on the
      battlefield in this way are doomed to failure. The Biden
      administration is in effect admitting its incompetence and
      once again proving the incoherence of the Kiev regime it 
      supplies.
